The condo, with a nice south west view of the sunset over the hills of Escazu, is just 100 meters from the Avenida Escazu IMAX and theater complex.

Conveniently, we are located very close to Highway 27 - the largest and latest highway in Costa Rica connecting the capital with the Pacific coast. You are less than 90 minutes to the beach.

The apartment is 200 meters from the Marriott Residence Inn and nearly 50% less cost and just down the block from the newest Holiday Inn. Stay first night at our own Pura Vida Hotel if you like and we'll drive you over the next morning.

A GOOGLE MAP/DIRECTIONS

The apartment building is named Milano and is located directly behind the Avenida Escazu/Marriott Residence Inn (see Google map below). Take Highway 27 also known as Autopista del Sol and exit at the EPA exit east of the CIMA/Multiplaza exit.

Coming from the Pacific beaches pass through the Escazu Toll Booth on the 27 and immediately exit - the exit is no more than 100 meters from the toll. Turn right onto Calle Pavas and drive to end and turn left. Milano is the 7 story complex on the right. Coming from San Jose exit 27 at the EPA exit (500 meters before the Escazu Toll Booths.
